The mission of the Bari Community Empowerment Organization (BCEO) in the eastern part of Somaliland is to empower local communities by providing comprehensive healthcare, educational, economic, and environmental programs. We are dedicated to improving the overall well-being and self-reliance of individuals and families, addressing critical issues such as healthcare access, educational opportunities, economic development, and environmental sustainability.
